  • Yesterday my son and I gave a presentation on mental health to 650 high school students. This one was especially meaningful as it was at Ethan’s Alma mater. Life is crazy, to be back here sharing our journey is truly amazing.
  • Hindsight is 20/20 but we can’t go backward. We do the best we can with the info and tools we have at the time, as we learn and grow we see how those decisions play out. It’s important to remember that lessons come around again, recognize that old issue in your current place, make a different decision now. Don’t regret the past, it brought you here.
  • The key to youth is to never stop learning. I love being part of a community of acceptance and willingness to see another’s perspective. ❤️
  • Sunrise 🌅 softball 🥎 and my Silkie 🐶 Life is good! . . Getting up and at it early is good for the soul. Something about waking up before the sun and getting your day started while the world sleeps feels like you’ve accomplished something. Even if waking up & getting dressed is the only thing you can handle this early! Small accomplishments lead to big self esteem changes. 😊
